SATURDAY · STUDIO AAKASH · NATHALIE EL GHOUL

Traditional Middle Eastern dance meeting contemporary movement — fluid, expressive, and deeply musical.

What is Oriental Flow?

Oriental Flow is a new class at Shoonya taught by Nathalie El Ghoul — an Ecuadorian-Lebanese dance artist with over 30 years of experience in performance and education. Her work is rooted in traditional Middle Eastern dance, enriched by contemporary movement and somatic practices. The class explores musicality, fluidity, and expressive presence in a hybrid language where traditional and modern movement coexist.
