  • With the BUS

    The dance centre is easily accessible by public transport. There are several bus stops near the entrance of Shoonya Dance Centre. Buses 5 and 8 pass right in front of the door.

    You can plan your own route on the website of De Lijn.

  • With the BIKE

    We recommend coming to the dance centre by bike. This is better for the environment and allows you to avoid parking stress.

    You can park your bike in Stokerijstraat: around the corner from Shoonya Dance Centre, or at the corner of Stapelplein & Doornzelestraat: just 2 minutes away from Shoonya Dance Centre.

  • By TRAIN or TRAM

    If you don't live nearby, you can also come by train. You can get off at Gent-Dampoort station, which is 700 meters away from Shoonya Dance Centre, or a 10-minute walk.

    Tram line 4 is around the corner in Sleepstraat.

  • By CAR

    Parking is available along the ring or in the surrounding streets. Please note that some zones are for residents only.

    Parking is chargeable until 11:00 PM, except on Sundays and public holidays.

    Alternatively, you can use Parking Dok-Noord, which is a 5-minute walk from Shoonya Dance Centre. It costs Euro 1.5 per hour and Euro 6 from 4 hours onwards.
