Gent India Dans Festival (GIDF) is Ghent city’s annual Indian dance festival, curated by Swapnil Dagliya. Immerse yourself in a weekend full of vibrant performances, dynamic workshops, and community energy, all dedicated to the diverse world of Indian dance:

Organized by ABC a Bollywood Company at Shoonya Dance Centre in Ghent, Belgium, GIDF creates a welcoming space for dancers, enthusiasts, and cultural lovers to connect, learn, and celebrate the richness of Indian dance.

Join us for an enchanting GALA NIGHT SHOWCASE on SATURDAY, where we will immerse you in the vibrant world of Indian dance, captivating your emotions throughout the evening.
Experience the pinnacle of excellence as we feature a talented ensemble of amateur and professional dancers, who will elevate the show to unprecedented heights. In addition, esteemed guest teachers will grace the stage, accompanied by the renowned ABC a bollywood company and our in-house choreographer, Swapnil Dagliya. Witness the dazzling performances of Swapnil Dagliya's students, showcasing a diverse repertoire of Indian dance styles, including mesmerising Indian folk dances, enchanting semi-classical routines, energetic Bhangra, dynamic Indian contemporary pieces, and much more. Prepare to be enthralled by this extraordinary cultural extravaganza.
YOUR TRANSPORT AND STAY IN GHENT
Shoonya Dance Centre, Stapelplein 41, 9000 Gent, is the festival's location. The venue is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are traveling by train, please reserve a seat to Gent Dampoort Station. The venue is only a 10-minute walk away.
If you arrive by car, there is paid parking on the street in front of the dance school, or you can park at Dok Noord Shopping Mall, which is a 5-minute walk away.
